Condition Surveys & Planned Maintenance

Our condition surveys provide useful information for single buildings or a number of buildings where we present information on the main elements such as roofs, walls, windows etc with remedial anticipated works and budget cost of repair (if required). The information can then be transposed into a planned maintenance schedule.

When we prepare planned maintenance schedules we generally base our costings on previous experience and properties and the use of Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) costing produced by the RICS. The planned maintenance schedules provide useful information for Landlords and their building managers where budgets need to be set in relation to service charges for the forthcoming years. We also can seek advice from our estimator who remains up to date with current pricing of materials and labour.
