Lease Plans

Since 13th October 2003 all new lease granted for terms over 7 years or existing leases sold or assigned with 7 years left to run must now register with the Land Registry. As part of the registration a complaint lease plan must be included. NJC can produce complaint lease plans and generally provide within 5 working days. Our clients include developers, managing agents and private individuals.
