NJC Services Limited was established in April 2002. The company's office is based in Hampton, Middlesex, and has developed into a multi-disciplinary property consultancy providing a diverse range of services to sectors such as commercial, residential, housing associations and schools.

The company is a Chartered Building Consultancy that was formed in 2002 and has gone from strength to strength due to repeat business from retained clients and recommendations.

NJC has experience ranging from design, planning, project management, adaptations, building surveys, party wall matters, dilapidations, feasibility studies, extensions, office refurbishments, external and internal repairs on properties and block management.

NJC retains the following consultants:

• Two computer aided design (CAD) technicians - for drawing and design work
• One estimating surveyor - providing costs for proposed works
• One chartered structural engineer - design and calculations
