The property is located in the heart of Addlestone, Surrey.

Our Role
NJC provided a contract administration role which included instructing a roofing contractor and window installer under a partnering contract. Our role was to oversee all roof replacements, installation of insulation to the roofs to provide a continuous thermal barrier and replacement of old timber windows with good quality matching style PVCu. The roof materials included leadwork to a number of dormers, single ply membrane to 2no large flat roofs and handmade clay tiles to the main pitched roofs. Other works included cleaning and repairing the bricks which had years of dirt and grime.
