Our Role
Our role was to prepare a full specification of works for the external and internal refurbishment/repair of two Grade II listed buildings which are used as retail and office premises. Further to this the works were tendered to three contractors and then a contractor was selected to start the works. During the project we managed the contract and provided advice on methods of works, materials and finishes. Specialist work included tuck pointing to the facade, brick cleaning and leadwork to the original dormer windows. All works were done within time and to budget with minimal disruption to the retail units and offices which was paramount.
