Details
Due to expansion and age of construction the client decided that rather than spending further on the existing club which was very basic indeed, the site would be suitable for re-development.

Our Role
NJC were instructed to provide a suitable scheme which would enhance the clubs image and provide better facilities for everybody, including local people and non members for external functions which would generate an income to help fund the project. Another criteria as part of the brief was to cater for sports wheelchairs which allowed fully access throughout the demise. The budget was very tight so every design element had to be considered carefully to limit additional work and expensive materials. However, maintaining a well constructed building that would be architecturally pleasing to the eye.
