Our Role
NJC were instructed to act on the tenants behalf and provide advice and guidance on dealing with the schedule of dilapidations which was submitted by the landlords surveyor. Our role included assessing the schedule of dilapidations, condition of the property and providing a Scott schedule including negotiating the claim. It however happened that the tenant actually decided to stay and negotiate a new lease with their landlord.
