Details
The property is located off West Barnes Lane. The property was originally leased out to the Inland Revenue as offices by the client. At the end of the term of the lease the building reverted back to the client who then subsequently applied for change of use to D1 non-residential institution, as a place of worship and public use.

Our Role
NJC was employed half way through the project as the relationship between the client and the main contractor was becoming unstable. The main role was to act as the project manager, co-ordinate between the two parties and ensure that all works were completed on time to the satisfaction of the client. Some of the drawings were in Korean and materials were also shipped from Korea and China which made this particular role distinctive and interesting.
