The property is located off the Brighton Road, South Croydon and is currently used as a retail outlet with storage to the rear and offices on first floor. The property was dilapidated and in need of serious attention and alteration to bring it up to today’s standard of living.

Our Role
NJC initially provided advice on the best use of the building and how it could be developed to full potential considering design factors and the planning regulations. Once the basics were agreed plans were produced for the whole site. Proposals included refurbishment of the retail units and alteration, conversion and change of use for the offices to three flats and the old storage unit demolished and re-built providing a larger unit with a large flat above. Planning permission was granted in early 2008.
