Our Role
NJC were instructed to review, inspect and report upon the building fabric for the new incoming Tenant and make comment on the schedule of works / reinstatement costs which had been prepared by the outgoing Tenant which related to repairing and making good Tenants items of repair. The survey also included full inspection of the roofs and drainage by means of a mechanical access platform.

The site comprised of two large industrial steel frame buildings with first floor mezzanine levels and pitched roofs. The buildings were approximately 10 years old.
