Area of Advice
Planning B1 use, redevelopment and internal refurbishment of a site which was originally a Sunlight Laundry factory.

Our Role
NJC provided advice to the private developer in regards to maximising their rental income, improving the external appearance of the building and creating self contained B1 units. The building was currently dilapidated and therefore immediate works were required. The new works included installing high quality full height Marley Eternit brushed metallic silver cladding system to the external elevations, repairs to the roofs, new entrance area with atrium, car parking, lighting and landscaping. Other works included partitions, new toilets facilities, general refurbishment and decorations.

All planning applications and drawings were prepared and submitted on behalf of the client and permission was granted.
