Our Role
NJC were asked to advise and prepare plans on a large extension to the commercial unit at ground level with an internal fit-out providing better use of space with increased display areas. The upper residential parts were also in need of re-modelling to provide a suitable bathroom and kitchen. Once planning had been approved full plans, details and specifications were provided. The main difficulties with this project were the logistics of continuing the operations of the business and carrying out the necessary works to the commercial.
