Our Role
Initially NJC were asked to advise and prepare plans on a possible residential flat conversion with a extension to the commercial unit at ground level. Once planning had been approved full plans, details and specifications were provided. The main difficulties with this project were the logistics of continuing the operations of the business and carrying out the necessary works to the commercial and new residential elements.
