Details
The existing property is located in South Croydon, Surrey. An existing bungalow currently remains on the site which is inadequate for the current occupiers. The build is also of a basic quality.

Our Role
NJC were instructed to carry out a full measured survey, review the site, prepare draft proposals, prepare a final scheme and submit a full planning application to demolish the existing bungalow and build a new house over two floors with five bedrooms, large reception, dining room, study, kitchen and breakfast area.
