Preparing and negotiating terminal schedule of dilapidations on behalf of the Landlord.

The retail shop is located within the Sutton Borough and was trading as a charity for a number of years.

Our Role
NJC were employed to prepare a terminal schedule of dilapidations, as the current occupiers had given notice to end their Lease. The schedule was prepared taking into account the breaches within the Lease and finally negotiated with the Tenant’s surveyor with both sides agreeing on a final sum for repair and re-decoration etc. Work was subsequently carried out by the Landlord and re-let to a new Tenant.
