The property is located in Piccadilly, London W1 with a basement, ground and one to five floors.

Our Role
NJC were employed to survey and produce detailed floor plans for two interlinking properties over seven floors showing demarcations of various demised areas. This was a changeling building to prepare on paper due the construction of the buildings and the current use, where the majority of the walls were heavily lined out with shelving and panels. We however produced exactly what the client required once the solicitors all agreed.
