Our Role
NJC were commissioned to design a single storey extension including internal adaptations within Brookmill Road Conservation Area adjacent a pedestrian path belonging to the Highways. The important factors in this project were to provide a large open plan kitchen, a suitable dining area with plenty of light, whilst using materials externally and design to match the surrounding Conservation Area. Planning permission and Building Regulations Approval were granted from Lewisham Borough Council.
